action to load the response table.

Browse each response, with one row per participant.

Use column filters to narrow down specific cohorts.

Click a header to sort ascending or descending.

Search across responses to locate keywords instantly.

Choose

from the survey actions menu.

Switch between questions using the dropdown selector.

Toggle chart types—bar, pie.

Print charts directly for stakeholder meetings.

Export visualizations as PDF, PNG, JPEG, or SVG for archival.

Survey Shark can automatically analyze your survey responses using AI to provide insights and identify patterns.

Generate Analysis

from the survey menu > Surveys I Created to create an AI-powered analysis.

Analysis generation may take up to a few minutes depending on the number of responses.

Click

View Analysis

to see the AI-generated insights.

Multiple analyses can be generated over time as new responses arrive, and you can view any previous analysis.

The AI identifies trends, patterns, and key takeaways from your survey data automatically.

Only the survey responses are analyzed by AI. No personal information is transmitted to the AI service.
